How will google interpret lists (ie. Fire extinguisher services, refills, recharging, and sales) in terms of SEO?

Those are all relevant topics/keywords for my website, however if I put it like that would Google understand that I mean all of:

  • Fire extinguisher services
  • Fire extinguisher refills
  • Fire extinguisher recharging
  • Fire extinguisher sales

Or will it only count the "fire extinguisher services" with the rest as separate? Repeating fire extinguisher in front of every applicable term seems excessive and would look spammy, but it is important it is understood that the refills are for the extinguishers, etc. It would be obvious to readers, but clients will be searching those terms individually depending on which one they need - and since we cater to them all I can't have it not showing in results for one of them.
