I'm a total SEO Noob - own an independent insurance agency...looking to learn

I'm looking at creating content - videos, text, etc in order to ramp up my ranking for my website. I know this process is quite slow in 2019, gone are the days where if you upload videos and text you see results immediately. Its more challenging now that we're in the social media era where everyone is making content.

My ultimate goal is to figure out what different questions or terms business owners are searching for on Google, and then offer content on them on my website - video, text etc.

Operating within the context of me not even fully understanding how SEO works, what is a book you would recommend reading?

Since SEO changes so quickly, I'd like a book that was published in its entirety the last year or two, not a book that is updated every single year because most of the original book is no longer relevant.

Thanks!
