My organisation is having trouble finding people to fill our specialised roles. We advertise all our positions on our internal website, LinkedIn and few other recruitment sites. I was hoping to use SEO to help resolve this issue. I have never used SEO before (nor anyone I work with), therefore I was hoping someone could help answer the questions below:
- Can SEO be utilised for job adverts on LinkedIn? I want to funnel ideal candidates towards the advert.
- Where is the best place to look for a SEO provider/supplier? Ideally based in the UK.
- Is there a place I can find more information on SEO for recruitment? I haven't found anything particularly helpful by searching on Google.
