So, I've been asked to learn about SEO to improve on our company's website. I've been looking at Ahrefs, Semrush, YoastSEO and SEO Framework, which would you all recommend for a beginner?
I noticed the sidebar had a few things that I'm going to check out, but they appear to not be very recent, or are they still somewhat relevant even today? If not, what other resources do you recommend I check out as far as keyword researching and any tips for choosing the correct keyword to focus on.
I've started going through some of the videos that Yoast has on it's Yoast Academy site just to familiarize myself with the field and get a bit of experience with Yoast.
But the main thing seems to be using a tool such as Ahrefs or Semrush to find what keywords our competitors are using, is that correct or am I off on that?
Thanks for any help or guidance you can give.
