I have the following on the page: <meta name="robots" content="noindex" />
Plus, the URL is added to robots.txt
Some other pages link to this page but we have not bothered to put rel="noindex nofollow" to these links. We figured the meta tag should take of this.
However, Google is indexing the page. And I get a warning in Google Search Console: Indexed, though blocked by robots.txt
