Like the title implies, I'm not looking for freebies or tips and tricks, but to possibly hire an SEO pro for real estate company in a mid size market (~250,000 people in city proper, ~500K including outskirts).
It's residential real estate and we are relatively realistic about rankings; we're not trying to rank for things like "Real Estate" but rather "[city] homes for sale," "[neighborhood] homes for sale," "move to [city / neighborhood]," "sell my house in [city]," "investment properties in [city]" etc. I know I'm preaching to the choir.
We realize Zillow, Realtor.com etc rules the roost but if you're open to some work, have the skills and experience, we're seriously interested in talking with you. Please PM me.
