1. Generating Page Titles automatically and not doing that manually.
2. measuring ROI
3. Page titles are no unique within a website.
4. Keyword Stuffing.
5. Keyword research not done extensively
6. Searcher intention not analysed.
7. Analysing bounce rate
8. Average time spent on page
9. Click through rate
10. Internal link building structure
11. No link building strategy.
12. No local SEO strategy or region specific startegy.
13. No efforts to collect reviews.
14. Making sure that number of pages on site keeps growing.
15. Site speed which can be achieved by simple changes.
16. Not spending on quality content.
17. No consistency on content creation.
18. Duplicate content.
19. improper use of H1 and H2 tags.
20. Image naming conventions nor followed( most ignored )
21. Loosing an old page indexed by allowing a 404 and not creating a new one.
