Google Search Console Data: How to interpret

Hi everyone!

I have a travel blog and I am always on Google Search Console to check my traffic, clicks, and to regularly check problems such as indexing, AMP, etc.

The problem is, I don't know how to interpret trends that much. I mean, there were days when one of my posts will get a loooot of traffic then the next day it gets nothing. I don't know how to interpret the fluctuating clicks and impressions.

There were keywords where I get thousands of impressions (especially after indexing) but no clicks at all. I'm guessing it's still deep down there and will take time to climb up in rankings?

Please share some tips! Thanks a lot!
