Unreasonable fear of changing site IP?

My site does very well with organic rankings.

We are outgrowing our current server and if we move to the next level of server, they want us to switch data centers which will result in new IPs.

I have a fear that new IPs may cost me my site's organic rankings.

Thoughts?
