A question about setting up client expectations.

Hello, Good day everyone.

This question is for seo professionals. I am setting up a seo agency. One thing i am finding it hard, it is how to set customer expectations.

A very common question from them, when we will start seeing the result? Now, I do not know when google will start showing love for their site. There are reports I saw, ranking went down despite doing everything right.
