I have a guest post in my niche containing do follow backlink to my website

But when I click on the link ,the url was like

mywebsitedotcom/?utm_source=Portal%20Impress%C3%A3o%203D%20Printer&utm_medium=Divulga%C3%A7%C3%A3o&utm_campaign=Portal

that does it mean? Does it affect my backlink quality?
