Focus keyword for a single-pager (using Yoast)

Hello! This is a real beginner question I've been wondering:

- Let's assume I have a business and domain whose name is Fastline and it provides logistics services.

- Recently built brand new one-pager website

- The business has been around for years and ranks #1 when searched with "fastline"

- Google Search Console shows 3000 impressions with the query "fastline", and 2000 clicks (average position 2)

- GSC shows 1000 impressions with query "logistics" and 1 click (average position 80)

Given that the page ranks well when searched by the business name, do I want to set the focus keyword simply as "logistics" and edit site content to use that keyword in headings and other text more? If I had two pages (one explaining about the business, second for explaining about logistics), I believe I would simply set the front page to rank for "fastline" and the second page as "logistics".... Thanks for your input! Just learning this stuff...
