I'm just now finding out that some of my sitemaps from Yoast are showing errors in Google Search console.
Main error showing is that sitemap is HTML format- "Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead."
If this is coming from the plugin itself, should it be showing as the supported format that Google Search Console needs?
I have 2 sitemaps from Yoast showing this issue, should I migrate to a different SEO plugin, and if so, which?
