I get inquiries all the time about guest posting, and they're saying there's no fee because they are being paid by their employer to write articles. So I guess the benefit is new content for me and they get a back link, right? Can someone please explain if I should be cynical, if not, how to vet properly, and should I expect my SEO team to be requesting articles written on my behalf on other websites as well?
