Is it good idea to report spam links of competitors to Google (they are manipulating rich snippets/aggregate rating markup)?

One of my competitors is using third party ratings(aggregate rating) and showing it as their own. As per Google guidelines, if a website is showing aggregate rating, it should be their own and the ratings/reviews should be visible on the page.

They have hard coded third party ratings in Schema markup and somehow are showing as rich snippets on Search Results. The number of ratings which is visible in Search results is not visible on the page. Should I report this to Google? Or Google would figure it out on their own?
