As the title says i wonder how to screen for good outreacher?
(i'd like to add outreacher to our team to help outreach to bloggers, website owners, etc)
I think something like giving them details about us (product, link worthy content, etc) than giving 2-3 potential prospects and asking them what they will do (how they will outreach? (email, or social media), will they try to build contact before outreach (like leaving comment on blog), what email they will send, what will they do in case of no reply, etc)
Does it sound like a good plan? And what qualities/skills to look for in potential candidate?
