Getting a job with smaller SEO agency with goal of learning more

In learning SEO for my small business, I have become really interested in SEO. I have played around with Google Analytics. I have played with SEMRush, Moz and Ahrefs trials. I have done some opposition research on my competitors. I have done keyword research and basic wordpress site creation. My SEO efforts have paid off, and my biz is doing well, but the hours of operation and hassles of hiring people mean that I have plateaued at a decent income with lots of free time during regular business hours.

I want to become someone that an SEO agency would see as a potential asset they want to develop. What are some skills that accomplish this? What projects/metrics would they want to see?

I would like to make a roadmap of projects to focus on for the next few months.
