About meta titles and meta descriptions on SERPs

I changed the meta d for SEO but when i google it in SERP it displays default text from page and it is not reflecting the optimized version.

When i click the result and view the actual page source it shows our optimized title and meta description.

Does anyone know why in the SERP it shows a default extract of the text on the page?
