Is this bad for SEO? (Image Links indexed as a separated result)

Hi!

I got a website under Wordpress. I'm looking into the pages indexed (with site:) and it appears a link of a imagen that redirects to wp-content/image (this probably happens due Yoast redirections option).

Now, is good to have indexed that page to ends up redirecting to the webpage? Should i no-index it?
