I am doing a project where we need to find papers from 2017 onward describing a big company's search algorithm or search engine, analyze it, graph its complexity, and other jazz like that. My issue is that I can't find anything recent, and if I do, it either isn't an article or paper which outline what the algorithm, and therefore, leaves nothing for me to even work on. Am I doing something wrong? How do I go about finding concrete info on a search algorithm by a big company? I am a CS undergrad, and my professor said "it's ok if you don't understand 100% of what the paper means, as long as ou can find the algorithm and implement it." I have been looking for days and came up dry. I hope the well informed people in this sub will be able to help a poor college student.
