WP site with English as main language and 3 other languages, will it affect SEO if all meta tags are in English for all languages?

I have a WP site with English as the main language and 3 other languages, however, due to a technical issue it not possible to solve that each language has Meta tags in their local language. This means I have to use English meta tags for all other languages as well for every blog and page on my site.

How much will this affect my SEO? I will still add blog posts for every language in their local language.
