I'm trying to improve my websites E-A-T score.
One way I thought of doing that is to add links in my About page to pages of high quality websites such as Forbes that have mentioned my website.
My question is, would this make me look scammy?
I assume Google is smart enough to know the trick of making multiple websites and having them all link to each other, so a part of me always assumed that 2 websites linking to each other was just bad overall, even with no malicious intent.
Is this true? And if so, would it still apply when dealing with large websites such as Forbes that I'm clearly not colluding with?
