I know this is out of topic but i really need your help My question is :
I want my paypal account to get opened in only my computer ? Only
If someone tries to opene it using his smartphone or computer ,, it gets refused directly .. any idea how i can set up something like this
I found someone has bought an udemy course using my paypal account !!!
Thats why i need this badly
