Need Advice 1 Large Article or Lots of small ones?

Hi

I need advise as i am not to sure what to do. I have found around 20 keywords with low competition and around 500 searches a month. The keywords are very similar, for example

How to fix a cannon 2389 lenses

How to fix a cannon 34389 lenses

How to fix a cannon 4489 lenses

How to fix a cannon 232489 lenses

Should I write 1 article on "How to fix a cannon lenses (All Models)" then mention the model numbers in the article

Or should I write 1 article on each model (20 articles total) I am worried that the 20 articles will have very simular content and google will pick up as duplicate content.
