SEO Advice for Reddit Community

Hi,

I'm part of a cryptocurrency community on Reddit that is aiming to bolster the standing of its coin. It's an enthusiastic and diverse, international community.

I happen to have some digital marketing expertise but SEO isn't part of it. This means I am on SEMrush and checking out some of the coin's keywords.

So here's my question - if that community all chose some of those keywords and started searching for those terms and clicking through on the result for the coin in question, would this bolster its ranking? I have seen conflicting advice about the impact of CTR on SERP positions.

Say the coin's site currently ranks 70th for a keyword, and 1000 people in the community all searched for that keyword, scrolled through Google to page 7, and accessed the site and took action on the site. Would the algorithm do anything with this? Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Thanks in advance for your advice!
