I recently have started taking on small business clients as side work, typically WordPress websites or website redesigns. I have had a couple of clients and prospects want to rank in more than one city for more than one of their services. For example, a plumber would want to rank for "septic systems" in two different nearby towns since that is their service area. What would be the whitehat way to do this and try to rank #1 for that as well as track the results?
