After optimizing site Traffic dropped to ZERO

Yesterday I was doing my first site audit through screaming frog.

Here's the stuff that I did:

• I didn't have alt text for 60% of my images. Added alt text to all images. (No keyword stuffing, something along the lines "A man standing next to a mountain with both hands up")
• Fixed some external 301 links.
• Fixed some internal 404's.
• I had all my H1's for post titles identical to page titles. I read that they should be somewhat different, so I changed all of the H1's. For instance, if the title was "Iphone 7 review: The best option on the market? | Brand", I changed the identical H1 to something like "We reviewed the new iphone 7, And the results were Impressive". I read that basically H1's are there only for user experience if you have Titles set up for Google.
• Fixed over-length titles and meta tags.

I see that yesterday, exactly when I finished working, my organic traffic dropped to 0. Usually, I get around 100-200 daily visits, but have gotten 0 up to this point. I'm thinking maybe because I changed H1's for all of my posts so sudden, maybe Google thinks that my site got hacked?

What would you do to fix this issue? Should change back the H1's?
