Just closed the only physical location for the retail store side of our business (we are now solely running e-commerce).
Aside from the obvious walk-in customer here and there, what are we missing out on from an SEO point of view? I’m sure we will lose our local search results box, but will not having a physical store address on our site negatively affect us nationwide?
Also, we do have a UPS store address we could use, but certainly Google will eventually find out and flag us (likely due to customers visiting the location and reporting it being nonexistent or closed).
Any help would be appreciated so I can mitigate our potential SEO losses from relinquishing our physical location.
P.S. We would be happy to offer a mobile service / local delivery.
