Penalty for adding a video on YouTube that has Chinese subtitle but is otherwise a duplicate of an existing video of ours?

Not super familiar with YouTube policies/SEO. I know it doesn't like duplicate videos but will the addition of subtitles and title change to one be enough to be seen as unique?
