I have an ecommerce site and for the last 3 years I've been working, learning and implementing SEO tactics to the site and it's been growing. However there is still so much room for improvements and I am unable to dedicate as much time, attention to SEO which is the main source of traffic. I think it's time for me to leave this position and offer it to a dedicated SEO specialist and focus on developing other sectors.
Is it better to hire a full stack SEO company or is it better to hire a specialist and build a team?
I'm sure some of you experts have gone through this phase of building an ecommerce before and I'd greatly appreciate your advise on what has worked and not worked out for you.
