Is My New Blog Penalized which I made from an expired domain?

I started a niche based blog from an expired domain.

Its now almost 4 month and it contains 15 posts.
When I see performance in search console.
Only keywords of single post are ranking and getting impressions, and the rest 14 posts are not ranking neither geting any impressions.

What should I do now?

Should I shift this blog to a newly registered domain?

Note
- The expired domain had only 2 backlinks which I have disavowed.
- Blog shows spam score of 68% in mozbar
