Hi all, I'm having some issues with claiming my company's Google Knowledge Panel. My company has recently rebuilt our site via Squarespace and have since verified our site with Google Search Console. However, even though Google Search Console has us listed as a verified site, it is not letting us Claim the Knowledge Panel on our company because it says we "cannot be verified". The knowledge panel is pulling very out of date and inaccurate information, so we are trying to change it quickly. I am also not sure where the knowledge panel is pulling the info from, as none of it was on our previous website nor is it on our company's wiki. I reached out to Google for help and they said it can take a few weeks and to just keep trying, but I haven't seen any changes.
I was wondering if anyone has ever experienced this issue, and if they had any solutions? Is there a way to find out where the info is pulling from? And if not, is there any other sub I should post this to to get additional assistance?
