Looking for a Link Building Expert

Hello everyone,
I'm desperately looking for a linkbuilding expert for our Travel projects. We are not quite satisfied with the one we have now so I thought I would give it a try here. We are looking for a guest posts (your writing most of the times or outsourced writer, thats doesnt matter) in travel blogs, or links in existing articles. My budget is 200-250$ for 2 DF permanent links per article or blog. Let me know if you are an expert or know someone who might help me. Have lots of work and looking to build a long-term relationship.
