My page doesn't get ranked, eventhough it is indexed according to Google Search Console

Hey guys,

so a few weeks ago I posted a blogpost on my website with solid SEO groundwork and expected it to rank quite ok. But after 3 weeks my blogpost can't even be found under the specific keywords. Not even on the last page.

One dumb thing I've done is, I've written the same blogpost one week earlier but deleted it and posted a new one with a slightly different url and keyword combinations.

I deleted every little detail of the old version, but if you search for it and click on the result, you get to the page of the old blogpost, which theoretically is nonexistent, doesn't have content in it and shouldn't even be there anymore.

I searched and tried everything I could, even Google Search Console shows the new blogpost is indexed, everything should be fine, but it doesn't show up in the google search results, only if you specify the search with site:myURL.

Does anyone know what's wrong or how I can fix this? I kinda invested a lot in this blogpost and thought it could rank kinda well.

Eventhough I'm new in this field, I already had some good results in the last 12 months and thought I kinda knew what I'm doing.

Thanks in advance for reading my post and for your help. And sorry for my english, it's not my native language.
