How do you add strong_and_b elements on Wix?

I ran an audit and I need to add at least 15. I have elements in bold but can't for the life of me figure out how to make them strong.

This is the code I'm using <p><strong>SEO pro.</p> but I don't know where to put it!

Can anyone help me? TIA!
