Has anyone experienced in shopify hosted sites a duplicate homepage issue? The homepage still has your usual home root domain / but also seeing a /index.html and when I go to the index it doesn’t redirect to the root.
In ahrefs the two different urls have different page ranks and in GA all traffic going to the index version and can’t find the root. Assume it will cause the site harm. Apparently even after setting up a redirect in back end of shopify the issue isn’t resolving.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
