What would go with, 10 x 1500 word articles per month, or 4 x 1500 word articles + 22 x 500 word articles per month?

I’m outsourcing my content writing so I can focus on other things. The above mentioned options are basically the same price.

This is for a brand new site, so I’m packing it with content for the first few months, then will reduce back to probably 2 x 2000-2500 word articles per week.

What option would you go with?
