International SEO - Best approach?

Hi,

So anybody with a large degree of experience with international SEO?

Not sure what the best approach is as I'm working with two sites that wish to rank in multiple countries.

One is entirely brand new, while the other receives about 80,000 visitors each month and substantial DR.

I see certain sites ranking in multiple countries and would be keen to hear peoples experiences on the topic.

Backlinks and out of the box thinking of a non-marketing guy.

Google know what sites were created or cooperate on backlinks business and those ones are NOT on the same level as real high rated “non-backlink business” ones. Simple logic tells me, that Google guys aren’t stupid and it’s possible that this is just continuous business from an era when this may work. So now we can call it dirty business.

This is not a statement, this is only one of the possibilities I’m actually thinking about. I’m curious if buying backlinks really help you. I’m not curious about the same PR/marketing/copy-paste crap that I can read on millions of pages all over the internet. Thank you.

Is this name too generic?

Furniture ecommerce startup called iFurnish. I’ve been told it’s too genetic and will be difficult in terms of SEO and expensive for PPC.

The alternative is Furniish I like - thoughts?

Need help, Baidu SEO: Submit sitemap, but not index in Baidu

i have submitted sitemap in ziyuan.baidu.com
but it is not index in baidu.com
even i use "site:example.com" also not find my site

is there any other requirement to make my site appear in baidu.com?

How many day it need to index my website?

Should i limit blog posts?

Howdy,

I was thinking of publishing a LOT of content to our blog. Like 5-10 articles a week to target some keywords.

Do you think i should limit it to a lower amount? I currently only post about 1-2 times a month.

Or would it maybe best to have them in a knowledge base? as most of them are just information pieces on a certain topic. Such as "What is X" "Service X vs Service Y"."How does X work" "What does Error X mean".
