Lost significant amount of traffic after june 2019 update

Hi,

So I guess I am late but I am getting frustrated due to drop in traffic, evenually leading to revenue loss. I have lost a significant amount of visitors after the June 2019 Google update. I am pretty sure it is because of the Google's sarch update because when I checked the Google Search Console the drop clearly showed it on June 4, 2019. I have lost many keyword rankings and no matter what I do, or quality posts I write, they do not rank or get views; like they used to.

I generally publish fresh content regularly and I am mostly the first to publish posts about new updates, and everything trending in my niche. This starategy used to work before, but not so much as of late.

Most importantly, I have lost the priviledge to get into the discover feature for Google chrome; or the so called Chrome suggestions. It helped me a lot before. But now only I can see the chrome suggestions and get less traffic from there.

Google search US traffic also dropped. I mean it is still significant, but lower than May 2019 or earlier.

This happened to me before last year and the year before that. I recovered from all of the odds. But I can't keep doing this every year. This is getting frustrating.

Also, then I took measures like site speed. So I optimized speed and made is faster (significantly) but it only made things worse. So I reverted the changes.
