I was using the Moz Bar tool and noticed my website has a current spam score of 4%. This isn't a huge problem, but strive for better when it's possible.
The first site on the list has a spam score of 95% and links to my site 6 times in one article, but the links are also NOFOLLOW. The article they link from actually isn't all that irrelevant, it's about my niche, but it's extremely poorly written and basically just garbage text with other people's photos (like mine).
The domain is some generic "diabetes testing 2006" with a .info extension, so as a whole, it's pretty awful. It doesn't seem like it's causing much harm, especially since the links are NOFOLLOW, but I am wondering if I should disavow them anyways?
