I run a sales office for several companies. I am in charge of generating/buying leads and converting those leads to sales. Have been doing this for 10 years. I never got into the actual part of generating the leads and have always bought them.
My lead cost used to average around 30%.
Leads providers have hiked up their prices In the last few years and now my lead cost is around 50%.
I spend 50k to 100k a month in leads.
I have no idea where to start on generating my own leads. Either through seo or ppc.
Would consider hiring a full time employee or a company to do this. Not sure what type of employee I would hire or what company.
