Hi guys. Just wondering if you guys ever encountered anything similar and how did you fixed ?
Problem: When googling my established online business by name as in the past and variations of the name. I get the first organic result but the business listing on the right is for another company (same industry totally different name)
Some background info: 1. Tried incognito and normal mode 2. Used to work 3. No alerts or notifications in my. GMB Dashboard 4. No changes to listing or significant website changes 5. Can see correct business listing (mine) if I use the link in GMB Dashboard (Think its called view 'view live version' 6. I am in the google maps and my address is verified. Did postcard thingie
