Getting into Google 3 Pack

Guys (& Girls too), I really need your help in understanding, how to get my business in Google top 3 pack.

Here is what I know already, please let me know if you think I am missing anything important.

1. My business is set up, verified, optimized with services that I provide and the description.
2. I have made 100s of citations using the exact NAP information.
3. Made over 10K backlinks and over 80% are do follow.

However, for some keywords, a couple of competitors come up and my business comes below them. What i know about them:

1. Nothing extra ordinary in their website or their content.
2. Citations - I am not sure, how many and where they have got. Bright local doesn't work for India.
3. They have less than a 100 backlinks from less than 10 domains.
4. They are pretty pretty new in business and all of a sudden they start showing up.
