I have an intro meeting with a non-profit this week, and I'm curious what everyone does in terms of pricing for non-profits. This isn't a major non-profit like the YMCA or Salvation Army or Red Cross or anything like that. They're local, however, being in the healthcare space they accept Medicare, Medicaid, most insurances, etc. That said, their mission is serving under-privileged families--they never turn people down and bill on scale to make sure low-income families can afford service. I was thinking of offering a discount on my retainer services (which averages between $1,500 - $2,000/month), but I'm curious if anyone else has input on the issue. Thanks in advance!
