Hreflang Search Issues

Hey Team!

I'm having some issues implementing my hreflang tags for english North America and UK/EU Stores.
Basically I believe everything is set up correctly but when I test a Google Search using either vpn, or a Google Search from Location it isn't showing the US version of the site. Any Ideas? Stores are hosted with Shopify.
