I use SemRush and Google Search Console for keyword tracking and one of my keywords has been going over 100 then will end up on the first page of Google the next day. It's been repeating like this for over a month now and I'm trying to figure out exactly why.
The keyword in question is a very niche keyword in with very little monthly search volume. Truthfully, it doesn't bring any significant amount of traffic to my site compared to other keywords so I don't pay it much attention to this.
However, Google Search Console is showing me that's consistently stayed in the top 10 for the past three months. I understand SC is straight from the horse's mouth and again I'm not losing sleep over this but can anyone provide more details as to why this is? Has anyone dealt with something similar?
