Hey guys ,i am looking for a career change and i chose Digital Marketing ! i need your help!!

I am from a technical field of computer programming planning to change my career path towards Digital Marketing,

my main question are

1. "Is it a good idea to get specialization certificate from Coursera and/or Udemy ?"

2. "Is there a necessary path of learning i.e should i be learning SEO first or Digital Marketing ?"

as of now i am good at Html, Css, React.js and Python...(i hear these do help in digital marketing).
