Indexing Issues

Pages on my site are taking a long time to get indexed. My latest blog is at about 6 weeks old with no indexation yet.

Via GSC, the page status is:

"URL is not on Google

This page is not in the index, but not because of an error. See the details below to learn why it wasn't indexed"

Another note - I submitted a sitemap a long time ago, but GSC shows the indexed pages as "Indexed, not submitted in sitemap" and the "submitted in sitemap" pages as Zero

I also clicked "Request Indexing" a couple weeks ago

Last, this is not a new site and it has been around awhile.
