Is it bad if I have 2 pages with the same name but at different levels?

Hi,

On my website, I want to have 2 different pages with the same name:

- One for the courses I'll be reviewing: .com/resources/courses

- One for my own courses I'll be selling: .com/courses

Would that work or would it be bad for SEO or otherwise? Why?
