A client invited me to their Google My Business as a manager, but I can't see the invite nor the listing.

Everything looks fine from her hand, she can see I've been invited as a manger. However I can't see the business from my account nor I've received any email from GMB. This happened with another client, too.

I've googled it and it looks like there should be a "manage invites" option, but I can't find it. Any ideas?
